As you are on your way to applying for the Erasmus+ February 2025 call, here are some important changes introduced by the 2025 Erasmus+ Program Guide to have in mind while planning your project.

Key Changes:
Clarified Roles for Supporting Organizations: The Guide provides a clearer definition of the roles and activities that supporting organizations can undertake in Erasmus+ projects. If a supporting organization is involved, their collaboration with the applicant organization must be formally regulated through a contract, which may be requested by the National Agency.
Mobility Activities Must Take Place Abroad: All mobility activities must occur in an EU Member State or a third country associated with the Program. Additionally, activities must be based in the host organization's country, and each mobility activity can only take place in one country.
Limited Participation in Staff Training Courses: A maximum of three individuals from the same sending organization and a maximum of ten individuals from the same consortium can participate in the same course. Each individual can only participate in one course per project.
Reduced Duration of Staff Training Courses: The duration of staff training courses has been shortened from 2 to 30 days to 2 to 10 days.
Consortium Participation Restrictions: Member organizations of an accredited consortium can submit a project proposal for Key Action 1 only twice within the same Activity Domain (ADU). If an organization is already participating in a consortium or has a short-term mobility project in progress, they cannot submit a new proposal.

There is one more new rule:
"The total grant for ‘Courses and training’ will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the awarded project grant. As an exception, for projects with total awarded grant up to 40 000 EUR, this limit will be set at 20 000 EUR."
